Custom Orders

We offer custom-made pieces! All custom orders are handled through DM @SoleilBySC on Instagram so we can talk through your vision.

Pricing and timelines vary depending on the design. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. Once a custom order is confirmed, it is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


What to Send for Custom Orders

When DMing about a custom piece, please include:

Your full name

A reference photo or design idea

Body measurements (in inches)

The date you need it by

A brief description of what you’re looking for


Fit & Sizing

Most SoleilBySC pieces fit true to size with a relaxed feel. For tapestry items, we recommend sizing up if you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit.


Shipping Timeline

Tapestry items: Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping

Non-tapestry items (beanies, tanks, bags, etc.): Ship within 3–4 business days


Order Changes

Need to update your size or shipping address? No problem! Order changes are allowed as long as your order hasn’t been processed yet. Please email us as soon as possible so we can help.


Returns & Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and In original condition

Custom orders are not eligible for returns. Store credit does not expire.
